The PREMIER SERVICE offers all of the above plus the following for an initial fee of £600 + VAT and a quarterly fee of £150 + VAT

• Accompanied Viewings – Within normal office hours
• Colour Sales Brochure
• Negotiation of Sale from initial offer to ‘Memorandum of Sale’ to all parties
• Full progress of the sale monitored regularly to assist with any hold ups.
